Measure around the narrowest part of the waist, keep one finger inside the tape to allow for movement. This is the slimmest point above your navel and below your ribs.

Make sure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor. Measure around the fullest part of the hips. Keep one finger inside the measuring tape to allow for movement.

Measure neck circumference at the base of the neck.

Measure arm circumference at top of the bicep muscle (between shoulder and elbow).

Vyshyvanka or Sorochka is the Ukrainian traditional clothes, which contains the elements of the national ethnic embroidery. There are many design variations shirts. It was made of homemade linen which was produced by loom. Vyshyvanka can have different patterns and colors, symbolising different regions of Ukraine, differents subcultures and many different sub ethnicities.
The art of embroidery in Ukraine traces its roots back to the pre-Christian period, it has centuries-old history. It is proved by results of archaeological dig and travellers' documentary evidence.
Vyshyvanka is a symbol of patriotism, also it is a sign of civilized people, people of good will who support and love Ukraine.
People usually worn embroidered shirts on holidays, marriages, birthdays, funerals, etc. And now, traditional embroidery patterns spread again to many different elements of clothing - t-shirts, jeans, coats, hats, socks, sweaters, cars, motorcycles and bicycles etc.

This vyshyvanka is fully handmade, both cross stitch and sewing. You are able to choose your own color combination, also sleeve length.
It will be better if you can specify not only its size, but also the length of the product and also the personal parameters.
